pop up season is here!
In preparation for our annual Summer season of Yoga on the Dock, we are excited to gather as a community in the lush atmosphere of the Comox Bay for pop up classes. Sign up for our newsletter to be first notified!
We’ll be kicking off our Yoga on the Dock season with Gather, a Petite Retreat on July 03 with Intuition Kitchen and Mocean Yoga. Classes to follow will run from July 04 – Aug 30.

Unwind, calm your mind, breath, stretch & gently build strength. Here we will slow the pace of your body & your brain, directing your attention to mindful breath & movement. Gradually building our chill, making our way from the floor to our feet, back to the floor with ease, leaving you with an all over chilled out, blissed-out vibe. This is a great happy medium class perfect for all levels & a great introduction to Vinyasa Yoga for beginners.

A perfect way to end the day. This slow & meditative practice invites you to connect to your body & breath. We allow time & space for deep release & unwinding. Give yourself the gift of Yin, your body & nervous system will thank you.
Yoga props are meant to support you moving into optimal alignment & will therefore help you find more comfort in your body throughout your practice. Please bring your own yoga props to make the most of your experience.

Rather than practicing on the dock, we will practice on the lawn in front of the main house to offer more beings to join in & more space between mats!
*If there is a light rain, we do have a canvas tent to offer shelter during practice.
*If there is a heavy rain, class will be cancelled. Be sure to check our IG/FB for confirmation.

We no longer require you to reserve class online. Simply show up as you are!
Debit, credit, cash & e-transfer are accepted on site.

Arrive 15-30 minutes before class to check in & get grounded.
Upon arrival, write down your full name, email address & class pass type on our sign in sheet provided.
Even if you have purchased a pass online, please confirm your attendance with these steps.
It is encouraged that you bring your own mat and props.
If you need to use the facilities, please use the outhouse at the bottom of the driveway.
We encourage a peaceful environment. Please keep conversations limited & tranquil.
