Yoga props are meant to support you moving into optimal alignment & will therefore help you find more comfort in your body throughout your practice. We have some props available to borrow but recommend bringing your own yoga props to make the most of your experience.

Rather than practicing on the dock, we will practice on the lawn in front of the main house to offer more beings to join in & more space between mats!

It is encouraged that you bring your own mat and props.
If you need to use the facilities, please use the outhouse at the bottom of the driveway.
