Who Should Take
This Training?
This course is for those interested in deepening their understanding of the practice of yoga. A consistent yoga practice of at least six months is recommended.
What To Expect
The intention behind our weekender ytt is to create an accessible format for you to fully receive, integrate and embody our offering. This training includes 20hrs of self-study and 180 contact hours with our lead teachers. The 20hrs of self-study will be accomplished through completion of the assigned readings from our recommended reading list. The reading list will be sent out upon receiving your deposit for the training so that you have plenty of time to prepare and set yourself up to soar!!
